Great time for my family during Sunday’s Chippewa Valley Air Show presentation. Bummer it rained and caused the show to get cancelled before the end, albeit was still a lot of fun. I had a chance to talk to a couple of “Bubble Heads,” which was a highlight of my day to be sure. One was a Lt Commander at the recruitment booth, and the other was an old retired salt answering questions about the WWII Gato Class boat display. The Gato display happened to be the same type Brenton and I stayed overnight on for Cub Scouts.
The rain really removes clarity from the pictures, albeit the overcast portion is a net positive, especially for shadows, so it’s not all bad.
